In 2006, thirteen-year-old boys Channing, Raj and Angel befriend their new neighbor Zion. The young teens forge a strong bond whilst experiencing formative years of adolescence together. When juxtaposed with their senior year of high school, the dramatic metamorphoses undergone by the boys become all the more apparent.
